The altitude, soil, and climate of Kilombero, Tanzania contribute to highly enticing cocoa genetics. In fact, it’s one of the only districts in Africa producing Fine Flavour beans. Sadly, poor infrastructure rendered its cocoa unnoticed for many years. Enter our partner, Kokoa Kamili, founded by two individuals whose passion and dedication to their craft helped position Tanzanian cocoa beans as a must-have for bean-to-bar chocolate makers the world over.
