We allow for returns, with authorization, of all new, unused, unassembled and resalable items in their original packaging and with receipt within 30 days of your purchase. We will not accept returns after this date except for problems with product quality.
The provisions of this policy are subject to our Terms of Service and are subject to change in the same manner as such Terms of Service.
Upon receipt of your purchase, we ask that you please inspect the product and notify us of any damage or error in the shipment immediately so we may work with you to make things right.
While we do not accept returns on roasted coffee, we do ask that you please let us know if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason so that we may do all we can to accommodate.
To request a return, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number, details of the order/product and brief description of your reason for the return. Cafuné Boutique must authorize all return requests before any product is returned.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide all necessary info regarding shipment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you whether you are entitled to a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit for the merchandise value will be applied to your original method of payment or, in the case of a return with gift receipt, in the form of store credit.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. See below for more information regarding damaged or defective goods.
Returns, refunds and exchanges do not apply to certain items, including coffee and other perishable goods such as food or magazines, gift cards and items clearly marked as non-returnable, such as clearance and special order items.

In circumstances where you consider a product damaged or defective, you should immediately contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the damage or defect.
Upon receipt of this information, we will first work with you to get the product repaired. If repair is not possible, we will work with you to get the product (or necessary part) replaced as quickly as possible.
Detailed shipping instructions will be provided upon authorization of a return.
To expedite the return process, please ensure the product is clean and in its original packaging and that the packaging used for shipment is sufficient to prevent any damage.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping, except where the return is the result of our error or a problem with product quality.
