"The scale worked fine for a few months then one day, suddenly just stayed on 00. 0 no matter how much coffee we were putting in. The only "solution" they gave is to buy calibrated weights to make a calibration. I used another scale we use for coffee to calibrate 20g and it didn't work. . . So I now have to spend more money and weight to get these weights (they are not provided with purchase nor on their website)."

Many people online say they dislike the Subliminal text that goes by before you use it, though you can just avoid hitting the button before using it or hit the button while grabbing it. Overall, it's an good scale and is worth it for the workflow."
