Classic simplicity
"This is the larger, two-hole, model and it can easily handle a 50-60g load. Very nice for making strong all-day coffee for two. That said, you can make an absolutely bangin' 25g/300ml (1:12) cup in this -- one that brings out all the complex, nutty flavors of your coffee. Lots of opportunity to play with pour-over technique, spirals, and CAFEC's "osmotic flow" paradigm. The thermal mass of the porcelain is a feature you can use. In case you're wondering, the brown version (which is difficult to judge on a monitor) looks warm and inviting in your kitchen. Very well-made product that looks and feels nice.
