COMPLEX & BALANCED
The latest from Mikko's Yellow Collection, Finca La Hermosa, is located on the slopes of the Acatenango volcano in Guatemala. Tended by Max Perez, a 5th generation coffee producer, the farm has volcanic soil that is very rich in minerals. Perez is moving the farm towards innovation and improvement, maintaining 100% organic agricultural practices that are friendly to the environment.
Developed just enough to accentuate its natural sweetness and complex flavours, this light-medium roast single origin Guatemalan coffee is best enjoyed black, and lends itself beautifully to filter or immersion methods.
ROAST SCHEDULE
In order to provide you the freshest coffee possible, all orders received up to and including Sunday will be roasted Monday and shipped Wednesday.

This coffee is well-balanced with a pleasant and delicate acidity, like a dried cranberry. Featuring sublte floral notes, cacao nib character and a light but overall silky body.

ABOUT MIKKO
It all began in 2014 with the opening of Mikko Espresso in Hudson, Québec. Soon after, Kaito Coffee opened its roasting facility within the same premises, enjoying a fruitful partnership. To propel the businesses into a new era of growth, the brands fully merged under the Mikko moniker in 2023.
With mindfulness and transparency as guiding values, Mikko continually strives to make the most delicious and sustainable coffee, and to share what they love with others who care as deeply as they do.
In the meantime, they’re simply doing their part to reveal something beautiful—one coffee at a time.
