Love and hate relationship

"First I love this scaled dosing cup and I have been using it twice a day for three months now so I am not new with it. 1. Occasionally it will flip over to ounces even though I have deligintley gone out of my way not to touch the button. 2. It can freeze up and do nothing, I just went through this, and it healed itself on its own after half an hour in activity. I had to use it this morning as just a dosing cup sitting on my Timemore scale to get readings. 3. It did not tare out when it came on and froze at around 37 grams and wouldn't go back to zero. I love this cup but it feels "beta" to me. Don't buy one until they come out with a version two."

Stopped working after a few months

"The scale worked fine for a few months then one day, suddenly just stayed on 00. 0 no matter how much coffee we were putting in. The only "solution" they gave is to buy calibrated weights to make a calibration. I used another scale we use for coffee to calibrate 20g and it didn't work. . . So I now have to spend more money and weight to get these weights (they are not provided with purchase nor on their website)."

Convenient scale/dosing cup

"I got this scale so I could leave my main scale on the drip tray. The scale itself is quite convenient and fairly accurate, but maybe a little slow. Many people online say they dislike the Subliminal text that goes by before you use it, though you can just avoid hitting the button before using it or hit the button while grabbing it. Overall, it's an good scale and is worth it for the workflow."

Well-built, easy-to-use subscale!
