Featuring a stainless steel piston and plunger, along with a stainless steel-lined bottomless portafilter, the system replaces key plastic components so your brew water never comes into contact with plastic. The result is a clean and direct expression of your coffee, from kettle to cup.
The included full-sized pressure gauge features clear 5–9 BAR brewing indicators, giving you the feedback you need to fine-tune your extraction and brew with greater consistency.

Restricting the flow of water through the coffee grounds, it helps to regulate pressure and contact time and assists in producing more consistent extractions—regardless of your grind quality.
Comes standard with the NEO espresso maker, and is compatible with Classic & Signature models.
