Fitted as the standard burr set on Baratza's Forté AP, Vario and Vario-W, the 54mm AP Ceramic Flat Burrs are also compatible with the Forté-BG.

Yielding excellent grind quality at finer settings and a faster grind output than their steel counterparts, these ceramic burrs are most suitable for espresso use, where they will transfer less heat to your grind and are likely to last nearly twice as long as steel burrs.
