The Sette 30 provides exceptional value in getting you started on your espresso journey, and is suitable for home and professional espresso machines.

With 31 grind setting adjustments, the Sette 30 incorporates the S1 burr, originally designed for the high-end Sette 270/270Wi grinders—producing an exceptional espresso grind, it can also be used to great effect for manual brewing methods that require a finer grind (e.g. AeroPress & pour over) and yields a very balanced flavour experience.

Designed and perfected in collaboration with Etzinger over a period of 8 years, Sette's S1 burr technology sets a new standard in simplicity, efficiency, and durability. A truly revolutionary design that has the outer burr rotate around a fixed inner burr, this new mechanism doubles the efficiency of similarly sized grinders.

Allowing coffee to pass straight through the grinder, vertically, and drop directly into the grounds bin or your portafilter (with a convenient stationary device holder that allows you to remove and re-orient the arms as needed) Sette's zero-retention grinding and sleek silhouette make it the centrepiece of any brew bar.
FEATURES

The Sette Series has, at its core, a revolutionary grinding mechanism that produces game-changing performance. Key aspects of this innovative mechanism include:

1. Straight-thru vertical transports and grinding of the beans (highly efficient and results in minimal residual coffee in the system);

2. Rotation of the outer ring burr (with twice the surface area of the cone burr)— along with proprietary tooth geometry—produces grinding throughput that is 2 to 3 times that of others in its class;

3. Proprietary gear box (planetary + crown gear) that maximizes efficiency of torque transfer, resulting in lower power consumption and much less heat;

4. Powerful DC motor for maximum starting torque and efficiency, resulting in cooler operation.

Manufactured by Etzinger in Liechtenstein, the Sette's 40mm conical S1 steel burrs are designed to give a grind profile that is exceptional for espresso and good for brew methods requiring a finer grind (e.g. AeroPress or pour over).

Equipped with a device holder that allows you to remove and re-orient the arms to grind directly into a portafilter or into the supplied grounds bin (made from an anti-static plastic, with a molded spout for easy pouring into your preferred brewing device).

Simple front mounted control panel with easy to read backlit LED display allows user to manually preset the grind time to within 0.1 second. Simply press the start button and the Sette automatically delivers precise dosing.

Designed with a small footprint to fit under standard kitchen cabinets.
