Combining weight and pressure readings and charting your flow profiling over time via the BooKoo (or another compatible) Bluetooth connected app, the Espresso Monitor and Themis Scale empower detailed data analysis.

Together with the T-Splitter & Analog Gauge for direct and disconnected visual feedback, and a protective carrying case for the Themis Scale, the Espresso Monitor Bundle allows you to perfect your brewing—anywhere you go.

Available with your choice of G1/8" (Flair 58) or M9 (Flair Standard & Pro models) thread—or with a custom engineered Cafelat Robot T-Splitter that replaces the top pin—and with or without the Themis Mini Coffee Scale & Case.
FEATURES

Precise Pressure Tracking: Espresso Monitor provides fast and accurate pressure detection; automatically starts with recognizable pressure change, and provides real-time pressure profiling measurements during espresso extraction to fine-tune your brewing.

FFM T-Splitter, with two G1/8" thread inputs, and one male port in your choice of G1/8" or M9 thread.

G1/8" port fits Flair 58, La Marzocco, etc.; M9 port fits Flair Standard and Pro models.

Cafelat Robot T-Splitter replaces the top pin holding the lever arms in place for a seamless installation, and includes ports to connect the pressure tube with elbow connector, analog gauge, and EM pressure sensor.

G1/8" thread, 0-12 bar analog pressure gauge with custom dial face.

Precision Measurement: Themis Scale features 0.1g resolution & accuracy with capacity of 1000g, and 0.1g/s flow rate indicator with ultra-fast response time.

Detailed Data Analysis: Connect via Bluetooth with the BooKoo, Beanconqueror, or Odyssey Espresso App to track and analyze pressure and flow profiles in real-time, save them, and compare different brews.

Follow classic curves or recreate your favourite profile; the BooKoo app provides customizable settings and the ability to share extraction records.

Easy App Integration: BooKoo Espresso Monitor and Themis Scale sync seamlessly and synergistically with the BooKoo app.
