Developed just enough to accentuate its natural sweetness and complex flavours, this light-medium roast single origin coffee is best enjoyed black, and lends itself beautifully to filter or immersion methods.
In order to provide you the freshest coffee possible, all orders received up to and including Sunday will be roasted Monday and shipped Wednesday.

FROM THE ROASTER
Bale Mountain is a great new project by Israel Degfa. His new private farm is located in the Bale Mountains National Park, which was planted with coffees in recent years and is now going in to full production, focusing exclusively on making naturals. This area is not as common for coffee as others in the south, but there is a lot of development. The coffees are truly distinct and unique. The farm currently has about 70 hectares planted with coffee, with new trees being planted continuously. The farm's main focus is producing high quality, and this lot is a great example.
Coffees in Kaito’s Red Collection are like fireworks. Expect an exotic and unique taste experience. Perfect for people looking for wondrous, and sometimes curious coffees.
