BRIGHT & CRISP
The latest from Kaito's Yellow Collection, San Vicente delivers a refreshing summery punch of raspberry and apple with a lightly citric and floral appeal. Expect abundant brightness and a burst of juicy sweetness.
Developed just enough to accentuate its natural sweetness and complex flavours, this light-medium roast single origin Colombian coffee is best enjoyed black, and lends itself beautifully to filter or immersion methods.
In order to provide you the freshest coffee possible, all orders received up to and including Sunday will be roasted Monday and shipped Wednesday.

FROM THE ROASTER
The coffee producers of Inzá were in many ways the original inspiration and motivation for the creation of our partners, Red Fox. Their twelve-year relationship with the Asorcafe Producers’ Association of Inzá has been rewarded with success in quality and new discoveries.
Founded in 2004 by ten coffee growers who were tired of selling their coffee to parchment buyers who only offered prices below the national market, Asorcafé exudes an entrepreneurial spirit as they have become leaders of their coffee growing region. In conjunction with private and state organizations, they provide aid to their members including subsidies for domestic economy, education, job training, and healthcare services.
Coffees in Kaito’s Yellow Collection take you to new places. Expect a vibrant and dynamic taste experience. Perfect for people looking for coffees with brighter acidity and varying mouthfeel, with flavour notes more in the fruit, dessert, flower and subtle herb categories.

Kaito is a boutique coffee roastery, founded by partners in life and business, Holly & Paul von Hoyningen Huene, in their hometown of Hudson, Québec.
Adopting their name from the ‘kite’ fold that sets the foundation from which their origami bird emblem—Wazo—emerges, Kaito encourages thoughtful exploration of the incredible spectrum of possibilities that coffee presents.
With mindfulness and transparency as guiding values, Kaito continually strives to make the most delicious and sustainable coffee, and to share what they love with others who care as deeply as they do.
In the meantime, they’re simply doing their part to reveal something beautiful—one fold, and one coffee at a time.
