COZY & COMFORTING
Drink coffee all day and enjoy sweet dreams through the night—Kaito's RÊVERIE Decaf is designed to please all palates, without the caffeine. Round and smooth, its chocolate undertone is accentuated by notes of apple and baking spice.
Classic and balanced, this medium roast coffee is an everyday crowd pleaser. Developed for a fuller body without masking any of its natural flavours, it is equally enjoyed with or without milk and ideally suited for brewing by any method.
In order to provide you the freshest coffee possible, all orders received up to and including Sunday will be roasted Monday and shipped Wednesday.

FROM THE ROASTER
This coffee is sourced with same high standards as all of our coffees, and is decaffeinated using the chemical-free Swiss Water method, which is done in British Columbia. You'll never hear us utter the words 'death before decaf'—we're fans of flavour in all forms!
Coffees in Kaito’s Blue Collection are like trusty companions. You can expect a cozy, familiar taste experience with these coffees. Perfect for people looking for full body coffees, low in acidity, with flavour notes more in the nut, dessert, spices and subtle fruit categories.

Kaito is a boutique coffee roastery, founded by partners in life and business, Holly & Paul von Hoyningen Huene, in their hometown of Hudson, Québec.
Adopting their name from the ‘kite’ fold that sets the foundation from which their origami bird emblem—Wazo—emerges, Kaito encourages thoughtful exploration of the incredible spectrum of possibilities that coffee presents.
With mindfulness and transparency as guiding values, Kaito continually strives to make the most delicious and sustainable coffee, and to share what they love with others who care as deeply as they do.
In the meantime, they’re simply doing their part to reveal something beautiful—one fold, and one coffee at a time.
