COZY & COMFORTING
From Kaito's Blue Collection, Alma Decaf is sure to please the early birds and night owls alike. Round and smooth, its milk chocolate body is accentuated with hints of orange and cinnamon.
Sweet and balanced, this medium roast single origin Guatemalan coffee is an everyday crowd pleaser. Developed for a fuller body without masking any of its natural flavours, it is equally enjoyed with or without milk and ideally suited for brewing by any method.
In order to provide you the freshest coffee possible, all orders received up to and including Sunday will be roasted Monday and shipped Wednesday.

FROM THE ROASTER
For three generations, our partners Onyx Coffee Importers have grown coffee in the highlands of Huehuetenango, and in the past twenty years they’ve grown to partner with other producing families, cooperatives and associations across Guatemala. Their mission is connecting these beautiful families and their coffees with roasters around the world.
Coffees in Kaito’s Blue Collection are like trusty companions. You can expect a cozy, familiar taste experience with these coffees. Perfect for people looking for full body coffees, low in acidity, with flavour notes more in the nut, dessert, spices and subtle fruit categories.

Kaito is a boutique coffee roastery, founded by partners in life and business, Holly & Paul von Hoyningen Huene, in their hometown of Hudson, Québec.
Adopting their name from the ‘kite’ fold that sets the foundation from which their origami bird emblem—Wazo—emerges, Kaito encourages thoughtful exploration of the incredible spectrum of possibilities that coffee presents.
With mindfulness and transparency as guiding values, Kaito continually strives to make the most delicious and sustainable coffee, and to share what they love with others who care as deeply as they do.
In the meantime, they’re simply doing their part to reveal something beautiful—one fold, and one coffee at a time.
