SWEET & JUICY
The latest from Kaito's Red Collection, Suke Uraga is an absolute delight. Expect candy-like sweetness, bursting with juicy watermelon notes and balanced with red currant tartness.
Developed just enough to accentuate its natural sweetness and complex flavours, this light-medium roast single origin Ethiopian coffee is best enjoyed black, and shines especially brightly when brewed using filter methods.
In order to provide you the freshest coffee possible, all orders received up to and including Sunday will be roasted Monday and shipped Wednesday.

FROM THE ROASTER
Raro Boda washing station is directly supported by smallholder farms, which grow their coffee either in semi-forest conditions (farmers pruning and tending to naturally growing coffee trees in forest area) or garden conditions (coffee trees cultivated and tended near a farmer’s residence). Our importer, Collaborative Coffee Source, has partnered with exporters that promote new opportunities for smallholder farmers by giving them access to state of the art processing through their washing stations. This creates value for farmers while building consistency and quality.
Coffees in Kaito’s Red Collection are like fireworks. Expect an exotic and unique taste experience. Perfect for people looking for wondrous, and sometimes curious coffees.

Kaito is a boutique coffee roastery, founded by partners in life and business, Holly & Paul von Hoyningen Huene, in their hometown of Hudson, Québec.
Adopting their name from the ‘kite’ fold that sets the foundation from which their origami bird emblem—Wazo—emerges, Kaito encourages thoughtful exploration of the incredible spectrum of possibilities that coffee presents.
With mindfulness and transparency as guiding values, Kaito continually strives to make the most delicious and sustainable coffee, and to share what they love with others who care as deeply as they do.
In the meantime, they’re simply doing their part to reveal something beautiful—one fold, and one coffee at a time.
